Egypt Visa Checklist — India Passport (eVisa Required)

Required Documents
- Apply online via the Egypt e-Visa Portal (https://visa2egypt.gov.eg) and create an account.
- Create and submit your e‑Visa application at least 7 days before departure.
- Pay the visa fee online by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard or other debit cards).
- Tourist visa fees shown on portal: Single-entry $30; Multiple-entry $65.
- Print and carry the issued e‑Visa printout — it must be presented at the port of entry.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from arrival date.
- Provide travel itinerary and hotel bookings / details about places to visit (listed as entry requirements).
- Each visitor must submit their own e‑Visa application in their personal account (parents may apply for their children from the parent account).
- Keep email confirmation: the portal will send a link to download the e‑Visa when processed.

Parents can apply for their children from the parents' account; each visitor otherwise must submit own application.
Apply at least 7 days before departure. After payment and submission, you will receive an email with application status and a link to download the e‑Visa once processed.
Possession of an e‑Visa does not guarantee entry — Egyptian port authorities may refuse entry. Some passport types (diplomatic, service, special, official, etc.) cannot apply via the e‑Visa portal and must contact an embassy/consulate.
